The Process: How it WorksThe Law Firm's Debt Negotiation program is simple: Your creditors will be notified. After enrollment and the completion of your first funds transfer, Power of Attorney letter(s) will be forwarded to your creditors. They will be notified that you’re a client of the firm and all correspondence will go thought them. That you wish to settle this debt and will do so a time in the future when enough funds have accumulated in your trust account to offer a lump sum settlement. Throughout the program, they (the firm) will communicate with your creditors, on your behalf, and you will no longer be dealing with burdensome phone calls and letters from your creditors. You will be provided you with one, low affordable payment. An affordable monthly payment is determined on a client-by-client basis. Based upon your total debt and what you are able to pay each month into your settlement account will determine how many months you will be part of the program, and ultimately, become debt free. These payments can be considerably less than your making now. A trust account will be set up in your name so you can track and monitor your funds. Money that was going mainly towards interest will now be eventually applied to the reduced, negotiated principle balance. The attorneys negotiate your settlements for you. Once you have accumulated the necessary funds to settle with one of your creditors, the law firm will negotiate to reduce the balance on the unsecured debt in order to settle in full the creditors balance. Your current level of unsecured debt will be skillfully negotiated for you. You will be advised once they obtain an acceptable offer from your creditor. Then with your approval, funds will be sent from your trust account to your creditor to satisfy the debt balance. A letter, conforming the Paid in Full status, will be forwarded to you. You are freed from that debt forever. This process (saving, negotiating, and settling) is repeated until all your enrolled debt is satisfied. You are now free from the overwhelming debt that you started the program with. Step 1: Obtain your free quote by filling out our request form or calling 800-411-1536.
